Bank Loan Application Documents required for loan processing by banks / finance institutes:
  • Copy of IC
  • Latest 3 months' salary slips (6 months for commission earner)
  • Latest EPF Statement
  • Borang BE & EA with receipt
  • Latest 3 months' bank account (6 months for commission earner)
  • Employment Letter
  • If self-employed, business registration (SSM), Latest 2 year's financial statement, income tax, Borang B with receipt and latest 6 months bank statements.
  • Other supporting documents, example: Fixed deposit receipt, saving passbook and latest 6 months current account statement.

Government Loan Application Basic requirements
  • Permanent Government staff
  • Malaysian citizen
  • Application forms submitted 1 year before retirement / termination of services
  • Working at least for 1 year
  • Was confirmed in position
  • Not a bankrupt debtor / eater salary that can't afford / being in disciplinary action
  • Sales and Purchase agreement should be witnessing by lawyers
  • Joint loans of husband and wife, to take over loans between husband and wife and two names in the Sale and purchase agreement must be accompanied by a copy of the Marriage Certificate or Marriage Registration certified by the Head of Department.
